Requirements:
Toyo Engineering India – having their office in Kanjurmarg West wanted to replace the existing Fire Alarm System, The area of the office is approximately has approximately 500 sq meter of surface area and four floors with 18.70 meter height. They wanted to replace their Old Fire Alarm system with the Latest technology along with the integration of Building management system which was not available in their existing system. The system was to be designed considering following factors:

Confirming to Maharashtra Fire & Safety norms also meeting local statutory norms.
Retrofit Job wherein new fire alarm system was to be installed with existing cabling network with gypsum ceiling.
Carrying out the Replacement of the fire alarm system ensuring that their current system is always functional.
Time was the essence of the project as the Job was to be done only on
weekends; The replaced Fire Alarm System was functional within 1 month.

Ex-buzz’s strong Internal design & project management team worked together in coordination with the client to ensure all the parameters are met to the intent of the project. Ex Buzz got only weekends to work on the site as on weekdays the premises were operational. The retrofit job started with Installation of new panel and loop- wise disconnecting the devices of old system and replacing them with new devices. The Four loop CerberusPro Siemns Panel was interfaced and integrated with the Access control system the AHU’s and the BMS System.
